As 'Senior Care Specialists', HomeWell Care Managers continually learn more about current industry standards and procedures, making them an essential resource for both our clients and Personal Assistants.
For many seniors, we realize receiving 'care' can seem embarrassing and can erode self-dignity. That is why we call our caregivers "Personal Assistants." Our personal assistants are there to make sure you receive customized care. Each personal assistant is trained to accommodate clients specific needs. We have a range of assistant trained to provide varying levels of help. To ensure the highest level of care possible, your personal assistant will conduct brief satisfaction surveys at the beginning and end of each shift.
